Cleaned the carbs and put in new jets (130/42, if I recall correctly), replaced the idle mixture screws with those thumbscrews that Brent sells, and turned them out 2.5 turns, and put in fresh spark plugs.
I still need to adjust and balance the carbs, but at least the thing starts.
