Here's an observation, the way they look in the pictures, if you put it down and they bent, they might take out your header as the direction of bars bending most often will be rear-ward.
If you look at Triumph bars if they bend they will likely not hit the pipes. Maybe they are tough enough not to bend, but that is an area I would be concerned about and the mounting brackets as noted by others look pretty flimsy, if they let go, it will hit your pipes.
