For the past 3 years, I've ridden the bike to work when the snow has gone away. Each of these years, I have not had to have an emissions inspection on my 13 mpg truck because I put less than 5000 miles per year on it. So taking that into account and the 40-45 mpg I get on the bike, I would say it's rather practical....
And I still like my Windvest too....
