One baffle you probably don't need to do much if anything. Remove them all and you need to rejet. You have to give more info to get the right answers. How many baffles, did you leave the cat. in , altitude, air box mods, and any other changes. Even then the best person to determine what jets you need is you or a local guy that knows how to jet a bike since every location is going to be a little different than the next.
