Well, I looked on my windscreen for a model name and/or part number. Nothing! It seems logical that the manufacturer would put something like that on the screen for future reference (such as here), but they didn't. Sorry.
I suggest calling Memphis Shades and telling them your bike make/model. They should have some application guide for you.
BTW, mine is NOT tinted.
