Buy it. Only 16K miles? If it's really in good shape it'll run forever.

a good deal, that's also a nice custom Corbin seat on it too. That's worth almost half the price itself.

There is an identical seat on boston craigslist for $50 in great shape. I thought that was a good deal.

The 750 K2 that I bought brand new needed head work/valves at 22-24K. Don't know if that's typical, but it had been well maintained and never abused. The repair cost at that time was prohibitive, and I ended up selling it pretty much for salvage value.
