Did you do some work recently?
That symptom is indicative of a blown bulb or bad/non-existet connection for one side of the lights.

Is it all stock? Are you using LEDs? A Kisan signal minder? Anything else that might help us help you.

BTW...you might want to pull the bulb and reseat it...make sure its in there correctly.
