What happened...did they now decide they like Triumph riders?  You know Im in as well as Karen (my Karen, not snorts Karen, even though she might be in as well).

SP Karen and I went to The Three Lions Pub tonight. As we sat there waiting for our beer....I mean Ale...I was looking around, spotted a bulletin board and what do you think I saw...a flyer for the 4th annual NWRL. Makes me wonder who put it up...was it a member here?  Quote:

I never saw those girls either..they were probably there for photo shoot only!!The Cycle Barn meets there at the restaurant on the 2nd wednesday(?)..perhaps they placed it there.

Bad news, the job that was going to be my bike money fell through. Good news, if it did happen, there was no way I could have made it. I would have had to be in Dallas, TX by then.
So now, I could try and attend. But still without a bike.
Good news, there are two promising leads I am working on that could be the fund$ for my next TBA.
Hopefully it won't be raining like this in 2 weeks!

This was my first group ride and I've gotta say... it was really great! Thanks to Liz and everyone else who took the time to make sure that my slow-moving self didn't get left behind or lost. It was great to meet and talk to as many of you as I did (not to mention gawk at all the bikes). I'll see y'all for breakfast on May 2.
