I may be mistaken, but I believe the light bar, aka "accessory lights" run off the #1 fuse - a 10amp.
Things may have changed from the printing of my manual to 2008, but there are only 2-5amp fuses shown: #8 - Position light, instrument illumination, and #10 - position lights.
Your lightbar may not be the problem here...
