The OEM lightbar kit will include everything you need right down to the mounting bolts and the little rubber bracket for the relay, the instructions are clear and concise, and it's "plug and play". The hardest thing about it is threading the wires through the bar. It's basically this: run the wires through the bar, bolt the lights to the bar, bolt the bar to the forks, remove the tank, run the harness along the frame and plug it into the socket under the tank, mount the relay where it lives, and put the tank back on.
