 Rochester Jacket Discontinued?

The one I had got ripped up when I spilled last year. I'm looking for a replacement, but the Rochester isn't listed on either the Triumph site or at the retailer where I bought it. Dang, I think I'm not gonna like the answer to this question...

Maybe here in Florida if you are a 48. They mention Triumph has stopped production of them. click

Thanks, that's not my size, but I appreciate the link. After seeing that it is oficially discontinued, I decided to send some e-mails to a few dealers to check for leftover stock. Maybe I'll get lucky.

Thanks, but let me get back to you. Shipping from Canada can be expensive, and insurance is a problem. I'll PM you if I don't get a lead on a US source within a few days.

Looks like I've struck out. I need a 46 US, but just can't find one. There's no dealer network, so I'd have to call every Triumph dealer in the US, one at a time. Too bad, the Rochester was a really classy jacket. The big TRIUMPH logo on the back and British flag on the arm really set it apart from everything else on the market. I used to love wearing it into the local HD dealership to buy windshield cleaner.
Guess I'll look for a Joe Rocket in black and see if momma can dye out that ugly "Rocket" insignia. This is really disappointing.

On Ebay, there is a rochester jacket size 48, not 46 for 149.00, don't know if this helps. The auction was placed by Kissel motors.

If you are buying a Triumph jacket buy it a size or 2 big. I bought a Triumph Highway jacket in my size. I have several other leather jackets in the same size that fit with some room. The Triumph jacket just barely fits and is actually a little tighter than I like. Once I lose the gut it will be OK.

Thanks, I e-mailed them a few days ago. They don't have it, even though it's still on their site. I've called or e-mailed about ten dealers so far, and no one has it. I'll probably buy a Raptor II, just to have something to wear. It hit 90° today, and I was still wearin' the same 30 lb. leather jacket that I wear when it's in the 20s. Can't take much more of this...

The T-Bird is very similar to that. For mesh, Vanson makes a great jacket and Power-Trip makes a nice mesh jacket.

I managed to get 2 from Ebay, both new with tags. One for me and 1 for Wendy both were under $90.They look brown in the pix but are black.

Thanks, Clay. Right before you posted that, I located one in my size at a dealer about two hours away. I'm driving up this weekend. Now, if I can just manage not to fall off again...

I got one yesterday at the local pawn shop. $170 Aus (110)US. Couldn't believe, literally brand new. Either stolen or someone bought the jacket but not the bike. Doesn't help but it is a GREAT jacket.  (44 by the way)Perfect for the tropics.

Yeah, there's NOTHIN' like the Rochester. In fact, my prettier 3/4 said that if I can find another one discounted to $100 or so, I should get it for a spare. I think that means she wants to go ridin' with me.
