You don't make any sense, I didn't say that, I said you can run different brands together and that I have done so with no problem. I never said this would be the case with everyone, I also never stated anything about wear rates. Even different models of the same brand will wear differently according to the compound. I have heard instances where a very dissimilar tread pattern isn't a good idea but I have never mixed anything different enough to feel at all while riding.

I don't remember saying different brands are different even though they are. That doesn't mean you can't run them together.
