I've just done a customer service 'programme' at work.... I'm still gonna tell to bugger off, just not be as blunt.... kinda bugger off sir...
anyway, the gist of the course was that the customer has expectations, and to act to their expectations...
You expected Metzelers, and you don't have them. Kick some butt...
And boof, there may not be a problem mixing some makes with other makes, but sods law is that dunlop and metzeler are two that don't mix. Having said that I currently have a metz front and the stock bridgestone on the rear of the 06. the 03 has metz on both... I'm just waiting for the stock rear to be worn enough to be worth replacing. But will before my next long distance ride.
