your mistake was not inpecting the tire before they mounted it. yes, that means that they should have had it in stock ect. how could you discern how old it is? do you even know that now? never prepay for a tire. always inspect before mounting and ask to see the old inner tube. (that you marked the stem of) never trust a stealership
