I'll be there late afternoon on the 28th, but with a group of 10-30 co-workers (no wife). If I stay the night, I'll be there sunday alone. If I come home Sat., I'll be back sunday, fendered up and with my wife. As far as the next weekend, no plans have been chiseled in stone, anything goes.
And you may see me tonight

i'll be riding up a day or two out of the entire bike week. would like to see one of the thunderbirds, go to the antick bike show in Deland, and making sure i help Ryan rotate his beer stock. Newt, we needs to ride to the us1 restaurant & grill, chow down, and listened to some tunes again. Maybe we'll get another gander of jennifer in her pink getup...

I probably won't make that show. One month after I get back from Daytona I'm riding with a group up to Birmingham to see the Barber Museum. I'll get my fill of antiques and classics there.

We plan to be at the Barber Museum 3/21 at 10:00 am when it opens. Stay a few hours and drive up to 29 Dreams for lunch, beer, and entertainment. We will be staying in Pelham and can ride through the country back to the hotel.

Pending bad weather at the start I think I'll solo ride from Ohio arriving the 27 or 28th and pack my camping gear. Just got to figure out what to see , do , etc. when i get there.
Of course I'll be on my Tiger so I'll probably stick out like a sore whatever.

Count on it Moe. We need to break out the grill again? May put you and the Mrs. to work this time.....I can also confirm that there should be an entire display dedicated to the Thunderbird.
Also for those in the area Justin Filice and the R&B Motorsports Triumph team will be at Tijuana Flats in Port Orange on 3/2 from 5 until 7pm. Hanging out talking about the bikes and signing autographs, etc. It is free, and would be really cool to see support from Triumph brethren.

We may head over to Orlando tomorrow to catch some baseball for Nicklaus' birthday. Let me know your plans. Just rode over to check out the Triumph truck. All 2009 models are present and accounted for in the demo line. The Bonneville SE models are sweeeeeeeeet. There is a large revolving stage in the middle of the display area with no bike. Hmmm, I wonder if Airguy's ride will be there by the weekend.

Current plans are to arrive on Sunday and set up camp. Should be ready to roll out of the campground by early afternoon. Planning to be at Tijuana Flats Monday for the meet and greet with Justin and Niles. I'll drag at least one or two other riders with me.

Had i brought my camera to work i would post pictures of last nights chow. couple of game hens stuffed with quartered onions and lemons, with sprigs of rosemary and lotsa garlic! Anyways, Lou and I can't ride after dark ... so looks like Tijuana is flatted on Monday. Lou is catching the astros/nationals game today. Saturday or Sunday we'll be there. No worries about you going to O-Town as we can roll to the truck and check out toys we can't afford, presently .

Fresh from 5 hours sleep after a 21 hour day, some things from yesturday. We had a 5 hr. C.E.U. class @ the Orange County Convention Center yesturday morning(Rules & Law/A.D.A./Ethics). We then decided we would go to Destination Daytona first, for lunch, beer, and to see the Thunderbird, vendors, bands, and snapper. What a disappointment ol' Bruces place is (after the first couple times). The B.B.Q. place is great, pulled anything, with side and an import for $11.00. The one band was ok, but only one. The Thunderbird was mundane, totally lacks charisma/personality. Would have to put it with the metric V-twins, Shiny, pretty when new, but who do you know that actually ogles one? When I asked my buddy,"What ya think?", He could only shrug his shoulders and politly say "ya". Everything else was bland at best, so we headed for Main st.(ya, I know), but the night life here is always the best mix of MANY bands, bars, vendors, bikes, and yes, snapper! If your on a budget, look for ANY bar that has bottle beer. They will have domestics for $2.00 & imports for $3.00. They will also have their own bands. The "can only" places are $3.50-$4.00 beers. We went from A1A to Boot Hill, and ended up staying there for a good "Ozzi"copy band, followed by another great "AC/DC" copy band that kicked it till 11 o'clock. There was another "house band inside, but the outside bands were so loud, we didn't even know untill leaving. Today, I WILL get ear plugs! The bands, and the I-95, I-4 highways were just too much on the ol' ears. Hours of 70-80 mph crusing, with all the loud pipes, and wind with no helmet, really that a toll. ****** day today, so I'll be fendered-up and be back (on Main st. only) with my better half next Saturday, all day & night. Just look for the dude with a sh-t eat'in grin on his face.
And you may see me tonight

I have to agree with the ACDC cover band at Boot Hill. They are very, very good. I also like the KISS copy band, "Little KISS". They are, ummm, little people?

I know. But I didn't totally blow Daytona Off! I really wanted to go to the 200, but with perfect weather forecast, I rode on up to Chy and Di's. Slabbed it the whole way. Taking 75 through Atlanta to 400 where i paid my 50 cents to enjoy bumber to bumber cage ******. Rode like i was on a crotch rocket. Left Dahlonega sunday morn rolling 52, Old Dahlonega Highway, 60, 53, 15, etc
