Yep, what he said. Same type of allen screw or "guide pin", if you will, under that screw plug. Only one on the front.
They are what the pads "ride" on. Loosen them before you remove the calipers - mucho easier.
And if that screw cover is as tight as mine was, drill it, easy-out it, and find a rubber plug or something to cover the hole. If it does come out, antisneeze it.
