Bonneville America Forums Forums Technical Forums Exhaust SS or Bubs, that is the question

I'm not aware of any SS owner that has needed to return their pipes for rusty welds, etc. Mine have close to 30k on them and look new. Bubs seem a bit throatier, SS a bit deeper. Pretty similar sounds imo. I like the ability to wrap or unwrap the baffles on the SS and fine tune the sound. My baffles have about 25% less wrapping.
