I lived in a small apartment for 5 years got the TBA after the first year. I parked it in the parking lot right outside my window with a cover from Wal-mart. For a while I could get it up under the porch right under my window but the fire marshall put a stop to that. If you are going to put in the parking lot I would recommend a disc brake lock with an alarm built in. Like on here www.lockitt.com.
