This has been known for a while. The guys who produce the parts for the old Vincents got tired of people saying they didn't have all the parts any could possibly want for those bikes. So they built one. Then they said they had no plans to produce a bike. Then a little while later it was rumored they would produce a limited edition each year for big money. Guess they are finally doing it.
