I'm sure that's true, I was thinking maybe the Tunes with the restrictors in them, making them a touch quieter, would be an option for him looking for a stainless pipe that doesn't have the loudness of other stainless pipes, like Scepters or Specialty Spares. I'm quite sure that the Staintunes blow the TOR's away in sound and build quality. I trust your opinion on such matters .
