I may be mistaken, but maybe the Staintunes with baffles may be what you're looking for in a quieter pipe from stainless. Maybe Staffo can chime in with some recommendations. I have not personally heard those pipes, but the decibel rating when they are baffled seem to be along the line of a Triumph Off Road pipe.... maybe.
Thanks for the detailed write up. I think all pipes get a little louder over time as the packing breaks down or compresses or whatever happens to it.
