This is a copy I made one night of a pizza I ate at a specialty pizza joint here in town... Start with the crust, got mine from Trader Joe's, then use a yellow mustard glaze, (I added some olive oil to it too) light cheese, cooked bratwurst (sliced), saurkraut, and grilled red onions.... man, it's delicious, like a ballpark brat! Don't think of it like a traditional pepperoni and red sauce pizza, because it's not. Try it out if you're the experimental type!

See if you look at it long enough the face of jesus emerges ...now put that in glass case and have coin it in as folk would pay good money just to look at it .....

I cannot decide whether to be a good example or a horrible warning ! Peace & respect http://www.tomcc.org/gg/ Eric
