It is a combination of things. There are way too many people doing the same thing here now so not enough work to go around,that's the main one. The other is idiots that don't want to pay for a tow. I see them all the time pushing 1 plastic car with another and you hear the crunching all the way up the road. They spend thousands in damage to save a $50 to $70 tow.
I learned all I need to know about life by killing smart people and eating their brains. Eat right ,Exercise ,Stay fit, Die Anyway!
