Looking to get the machining done for the 904 kit just curious as what you've paid to have the work done.

a lot of it will depend on how much you want to do... and how much of the work you will be doing your self... I belive the kit is over $600 bucks right now and that just for the kit..

got a quote of $350 from Dinqua's guy. Wanted to be sure that was in the neighborhood of what guys are paying for the work.

D&D in Pensacola does the whole thing - no sleeves - nickasil barrels, including all labor and dyno runs for around $1300. It was about $1200. when I did mine late 2007. Best money I've spent on the bike since I owned it. I've spent way more than than on accessories, chrome, etc.

Yea this is no time to be frugal, plus this guy has done this work before. I'm looking at $645 for the barrels, grind the ports & competition valve job. after seeing what he did on Dinqua heads I've decided to pack the whole shebang to him & get it done.

Looks like the Gym work's making a difference ED

If you keep it up you might even have to change your rear springs.

Those tires are covered with nice sharp metal studs. The guards might provide a bit of protection if you endo it, not really sure.....
