If that charger has a gauge or an idiot light on it you could use it to charge the battery on the 12/2 setting, but I would disconnect it once it shows the battery is charged. 12/6 is probably a bit much for a cold motorcycle battery. And 6 volts is a no-no for a 12 volt battery.
A battery tender is a trickle charger - 12 volts at a very low amperage - with circuitry to stop charging when the battery reaches it's potential, then resume charging if it drops a few volts. What you have is not a "tender" it's a battery charger.
