It's rude to ask a lady her age...

Let the comments start....

My bikes - depends which ones!
My Americas are just over 2 years old and 6 in May, my Kymco is 5 and the 3HW is 64.....

Gina 03 America - Pretty stock - except the TBS wheel... 06 America - missing, presumed in bits. With it's TBS wheel... 09 America - It's very blue....

The only reasonable alternative being idle speculation. Which is more observation, than comment

"I was older then, I'm much younger than that now".

they will. right click on the image you want to steal and click 'properties'. the address for the image will be shown. highlight it, and put that between the image brackets here.

of course, be wary of getting goatse'd for that maneuver. other people may not want to host images seen here, because it will cost them bandwidth without the bonus of advertising.

you'd be better off downloading the image to your computer, then getting it hosted at a host site like imagepile, imageshack, or a perennial favorite, photobucket.

Old enough to have purchased a '74 Norton 850 Commando off the showroom floor. It was my first bike, and thus began my affinity for British steel.

ahh... My first NEW bike was a 1969 model but I personally am older than dirt.

Dirt has a few years on me yet... I was old enough to buy a bike, but still young enough to be confused by style. Think Norton banana seat.

44 years old. At what age did we stop using "and a half"? First new bike was a 1970 Honda QA50 when I was 6. My BA will be 4 in May.

Didn't buy into the hype, you can keep the change.

My bike is 3 and a half and I'm 59 and a half. When riding the bike I feel like 25 and a half.

First bike was a brand new 1964 Honda 50 when I turned 15. I don't count the Sears moped I had before that.

My Speedy is an '03. I found it on "Craigslist" about 9 months ago. I'm old enough to remember riding my friend's Triumph Tiger Cub 500cc (which he bought in Europe and shipped back to the USA) as a "hippie" in the early 60s.

just wondering what the average speedy/america age is

im 25

Well , since some of us folks refuse to divulge our age , even for the sake of Bona Fide research , by my calculations , the average age of a Bonneville America / Speedmaster rider is 40.43 years old !

Dang , now I feel sooo old .

Addendum : the 40.43 year old figure is from the inception of the thread all the way to Snow's post up there . Anyone else posts , it's gonna mess up all the math .

I will be 49 in March and my BA will be 6mths.
That'll make me older than average and the bike younger than average!

Well since Wade was so nice on the birthday thread... just let me say that I turned 61 today.... jeeze, where did time go. But you can't have this much experience without living for a while, if only I could figure out how to learn from it...

Well , Troy , we appreciate your being candid on the age , but dang , our ages are so close , we sorta cancel each other out on this average thing . We gotta get some real old geezers to come out of the closet .

What's "my age", you ask?!

Well, I was born right around the advent of the "Jet Age".

Started school right around the advent of the "Space Age".

Entered the "age of consent" during the "Age of Aquarius".("a-quar-REE-US"..."a-QUAR-REE-us"...Harmony and understanding, simpathy and....oops sorry, I must have had a little "flashback" there)

And now I'm just another Baby Boomer caught up in and a little overwhelmed by this "Communication Age".

(short version...I'm presently 56 years old, or young, depending on how well I slept the night before)

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

49, and as far how old I act, it depends on who you ask and what I'm doing. Some days my wife would say 2, and I'd probably agree!!
