I am in a similar situation being vertically challenged, a set of working mid pegs was manufactured for a speedmaster by Cycle Stop USA, photos were added in one of the threads. They were talking of making these in kit form but then decided against it due to insurance issues. I rang them to try and get a set of drwings to have a set manufactured in the UK, never got any drawings and never persued any further.
I now run with Triumph foot boards and a set of mid pegs that fit between the rear pregs and the sproket cover giving an alternative position on long runs therfore problem solved.
