I used Norton for a bit then McAfee for a bit. Had issues with both at one time or another. So for the past 2 or 3 years I have been using AVG on my wife maching and Avast on mine with no issues. The cost is good also. Free. My other computer I run Linux on so I have no need of virus protection on it. Do a Google search and try AVG or Avast out.
