first let me thank you for being in law enforcement its a tuff job..
but you and I both know that you and others like you go thought traing that make you and other like you diffrent behined the wheel then the average person..
and yes I agree that the cell phone is a great tool for you guys..
but what were talking about here is the average driver.. and I tell you there not able to do this.. and I am really talking about the 16 teen to 25 age driver..sorry i don't mean to ****** any one off..but this is what i see..
