They are proposing a ban on all cell phones while driving to include hands free. This is supposedly because talking on them is tooo distracting. Now, does this mean that the next step is to ban all passengers because you might talk to them and be distracted? If we let them get away with this there is no telling where it will end. Yes! Ban the use of them while holding them but banning hands free is way over the top.
