hey, it's bad enough having to remove the carb bowls and tops to keep testing various jets. I'm not about to remove the mufflers 10 times! If i do try this i would drill a lot at once and get it over with. It'll either be good or not but i'll be done with it. By the way, the dimentions for the holes and the "stagger" he recommends if i'm not mistaken would be an incredible amount of holes. This would probably take a few hours per baffle and if they are at all hard to drill thru it could take much much longer !
On the other hand i am tempted because i really want quiet badly. And he's offered to send me enough packing to do the job free of charge !
