Thats pretty much what i figure he's saying, but i've never heard of a baffle that long packed all the way from one end to the other. Isn't that sorta unheard of? i was thinking along the lines of just drilling holes from the inner spacer about the same length as the stock perforated section and packing that. But i guess the packing would eventually stretch out and unravel towards the header. I don't think i'd wanna drill that entire pipe up to the header and pack it all. doesn't seem right, not to mention it would take forever to drill what would amount to probably 500 holes and more $ for packing.
