I have a 16" Windvest on my '03 America. Had it for a few years now and love it.
It does not block a lot of wind, it does not keep you warm, and it does not block all the flying vermin from hitting you in the face. What it does is eliminate any head buffeting and redirect enough wind so you don't feel like you went 10 rounds every 200 miles.
It's expensive, but it is a quality product. I'd recommend you call them if you're interested. They are knowledgeable and good to deal with.
Your height is an issue as far as getting the correct size for it to work properly. I'm 6'0", and the 16" screen allows me to look directly over the top edge.
