That green bike was for sale for quite a while on the Jockey Journal, not sure what it finally brought. They are an acuired taste.

Honda makes nice bikes-not choppers. Honda choppers are not cool-never were and never will be.

Ouch! That's pretty harsh. But guess nohting Brit or Japanese could sustain the popularity of a v-twin chopper. I came "that" close to buying a '73 Honda loooong bike 70's bike show chopper a few years back. Just reached down for the electric starter switch and ride off. I'd be riding that one now, vs the '66 Bonneville that constantly needs something to keep it running.......
This one is pretty cool, imo. (Kutty Noteblooms bike)

My friend has a similar chopper he made except more chrome and it's red. Last I heard he moved to Fl. so if ya see one it probably belongs to Bill Roberts. I never could understand why he would waste so much money on a Honda. Spend thousands and still have a bike no one wants.

I constantly hear how the 60s Triumphs need so much to keep them running. All I can say is it must be people who don't know how to work on them. All mine ever needed as a tweek to adjust the points now and then and a valve adjustment once in a while. Just regular upkeep. Now I have seen many many old Triumphs that wear out and the owner tries to put a band aid on a worn out bike instead of rebuilding it. Those bikes constantly need work.
