If that concept has wings and not fins I can think of a Chrysler, a Chevy and a Cadi that all had wings back in the 50s.

Uh oh! I think not only have I created a monster around here with all this "fin talk" o' mine  , BUT NOW it appears some folks around here wanna say that those '50s cars had "wings" on 'em instead of "[tail]fins", huh?! Okay Ian and Joe, I'll grant you guys that the horizonal "fins" of say the '59 and '60 Chevys(and a few other makes that had HORIZONTAL "fins") COULD possibly be called "wings" MAYBE, but EVEN if you'd care to describe all the "fins" that were less than vertical on the cars back then(like maybe the '61 and '62 Caddys with those "fins" running along the lower flanks of those cars) I'd STILL guess that very few people would call those things "wings". And beside, aren't "wings" something that provide LIFT to an object? Something that you probably wouldn't want to happen while you're driving down the road, ya know?!

Alright, fine, but there's a world of difference between stabilizer-looking fins and cooling fins. I'll grant that the concept car has both "fins" and "wings" (albeit non-functional).
As far as it being sweet, hells yeah. Come on! "Honey, I'm off to work. Just let me put on my crash helmet and get into my turbine powered jet car so I can launch myself into THE FUTURE!" How is that not freakin' sweet?

That actually looks pretty good there.... I like the gun metal color and black wheels with the old school red line in them.... if it's priced right, I think they might sell a bunch. I still don't think it will affect Thunderbird sales, two much of a different style of bike IMO. The tank is too small for distance it looks like, though.

Too bad it's rice. I could see a side plate/tail light mount, springer front end, small round over under dual headlights , smaller seat ,lose the turn signals,lower the back end, drag pipes , and better tank.

I definitely think it's a cool looking bike no matter what it might look like. I wish Triumph would make a 2 cylinder chopper like version. Beautiful job on hiding the radiator. Wouldn't a vertical twin Triumph version of something like that be cool?

Very clean looking but I wonder how that rake will handle?
A bike night cruiser may be a tough sell in today's economy. That being said, can't wait to see it in person at the NY show.

Personally, I'd like a bigger gas tank. Filling up every 80 miles is not my idea of fun.

The Honda is okay....JUST okay, in my opinion. But THAT opinion, once again, is based on MY opinion(emphasis here on "MY") which I've held since the days of my youth when the chopper-look first came into vouge back in the late '60...that all that empty space around the steering head of this style of bike makes that part of the bike look "spindly" and makes the machine look as NOT a "cohesive whole". (but I know that there are some folks out there that apparently like that look, aren't there IAN???!!!)  AND, seeing as how somebody also brought up the following idea, I'll give you MY opinion(once again, it's only MY opinion here) about vertical-twin choppers. I've seen very very few, SINCE those late 1960s which I was talkin' about above when I was but a pup, which I've liked. And the reason for THAT, once again, is that a vertical-twin motor isn't big enough in PROFILE(looking at a chopper's sides straight on) to fill all the space in the frame. Once again...too "spindly". And My dictionary describes the word "spindly as: "slender and elongated, especially in a manner which suggests weakness"(BUT, once again, the above are just MY OPINIONS here, and you're free to disagree with me all you WANT!!!)

I like the headlight too. It's the most attractive part about the bike.
The rear end is terrible in my opinion. The back tire is too small/narrow. The hidden shaft drive in the swingarm looks clean but I like a chain or belt drive look better.

Again, really nice looking bike. I think it looks cleaner with the black frame. I guess I'm old school, I like black frames and don't care for matching with paint color.
