Have you folks seen this ad for that new movie?

It seems Mr.Button developes a discerning eye for the proper motorcycle on his backward flight through life, eh?!

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

I may be off point here because I did not see the movie. I'll wait for the DVD. However, the Triumph motorcycle was the real American iconic bike. People think Marlon Brando rode a Harley in "The Wild One" but we know better.

Good stuff! I just got back from my NetFlix queue and loaded up on several flicks on the list

By the way, do you have NetFlix in the UK?

I don't have netflix, but I gotta dvd of the wild one.
I'm gonna watch it now(again).
That bike looks like the one Marlon Brando rode.
Not sure if I can mention the model name.
Handle bars come out of the headlight nacalle.
Lee Marvin(Chino) rode the HD.

They are missing a few off their list. A couple that I can think of right off hand:
Psychomania - Several Triumphs
Flyboys Model H

Button's Triumph is a 1955+- Tiger T110.

That looks like my 54 T-110 and is even the correct shell blue. Only thing is it has the alloy head not the iron head like my 54.It does have the old style badge and a generator though.

The story goes: Apparently the opening scene of the movie "Wooodstock"
features a Triumph headed for a large puddle or pond?

Said bike is reported to be alive and well in the garage of the shade tree guy who does my bike tires.
The small town he lives in taxes him at a value of $12K for it. It's in pretty good condition.
