"Minimum guaranteed attendance must be received within 72 hours of event. If attendance falls below the gauranteed number the client (me) will be charged for the gauranteed number."
If you're going to make it for the cruise, please post so I can make sure I don't over book the event and be responsible for coming up with a lot of extra money. Right now I have us down for 25 people. I can add more or make it for less, but I have to do it soon, that's why I want to get an accurate number of attendees.
I have to mail in a 25% deposit to hold the reservation, so when we get there 4 or 5 of you will just pay me instead of paying them. Shouldn't be a problem. With tax it comes out to $13.86 per person.
Now, I'm going to sit back and enjoy a cold Rolling Rock. 30 days!

I have not been to good about keeping up on this post...sorry. I have a room booked for Friday and Saturday and it sounds like fasteddy is still in...
I would have to assume we are in on the boat cruise as well...when in Rome.....

Oh yeah, there's spots. Has anyone heard from Big Jack? I think we're ok, as long as we have at least 25 my deposit is safe! If we end up with 30 or even more, I'm sure they will accomodate us. (I'll call to make sure) I just want to get a solid number instead of just assuming how many people are coming. You know what happens when you assume!

Well kids I've gone and done it again.... June 3rd was running down to Des Moines and just got in to Albion and a skool bus pulls out in front of me. I dont think Bonnie is totaled this time but I ****** near bought it. Will survive. Hence Maurice and ModelMaker will miss this one. Have a great time and ride safe. Ed p.s. I don't know yet, Rick. I guess it will depend on the progress of my jobs. I'm getting windows and doors delivered that week for one, and another will be getting kitchen cabinets right before that, so I'll be running to get it done to a point where I can leave it for a few days.
