UPDATE- Talked to chestnut mountain, no budging on the rate. Seems the summer time is the busy season in the area. I called
Grant Hills Motel , which seems to be the cheapest without going to Iowa, or south to Savanna. They will give us a discount with 10 rooms minimum booked. Comes out to $78 per night for one bed, $89 per night for 2 beds, $99 per night for 3 beds, which is a $10 discount from regular.
Also they say they are rider friendly, and have somewhere we can park our bikes in case of rain.
Are there a lot of you who would rather camp? I just figured most people would want a/c, but if i'm wrong please speak up, as I can check other options.
