Look up under the right frontside of your tank. There is a small diameter tube running from there to back behind the carbs. Some models (CA) run this tube to an evaporative can, others have a check valve in there. Mine is just a tube that runs from the vent on the tank routed to behind and down below the carbs straight to the atmosphere. If you have a check valve, it may be blocked.
