IBC (Idiot B*****d Client) who had 4 trials scheduled in 5 weeks: (1) Armed robbery of a Blockbuster, (2) Armed robbery of a liquor store, (3) Armed robbery of a bank (4) Attempted theft of a big-a** Hi-def TV from Wally-World. On surveillance for 3/4, prints on counter, DNA on cigarette butts - CSI 101. Not saying he's guilty [that's up to the "trier(s) of fact"], but if anyone's got a defense the attorney could use, we'd like to hear it...
Insanity defense??!! Cause if he didn't take a deal on all those and wants to go to trial, he must be insane (the prosecutor in me coming out, even tho I have been playing at the defnse attorney thing for a month now). Sorry, but unless the attorney can pick a jury of idjuts, he's going down for a loooong time.
