I have footboards on my America. When it's raining and the soles of my boots are wet, I can't get my kickstand up. Any simple solution out there?

I went to a heavy lug soled boot (hikeing boots tread) hooks the stand without slipping which seems to be the problem.

+2... or just flip the footboard up with your toe. They're hinged for a reason.

+3... though I've developed a technique with some boots that are slightly worn on the tread.
And I have tiny feet.

Hey sidekick, I have the same problem only I'm missing my lower left leg, the lack of an ankle makes it impossible to get the kickstand up. I was gonna try one of these from madds.

Anoterh fix that helped was I bent the little extension more toward where I could reach it better. Originally mine was more forward and I brought it back some.

Here's something I've not seen before. A Triumph footfinder extension. Not sure how it fits, etc.

Oops! Didn't realize it was already posted. Still confused by the thing. I'd like to see a pic on a bike.

Can anybody give me some info on this thing? The pipes I put on make it almost impossible to find the side stand tang.
