The Porsche 911, in all it's many and varied incarnations. Timeless.
Speaking of German metal, I'll throw in the Karmann Ghia, Type III Ghia and the first generation Scirocco.

Ooops, forgot a couple. The Kaiser Darin and the '54 - 55 Kaiser. They had developed an aluminum V8 for the Kaiser with versions producing over 300 HP, but things weren't going well for the independents in the mid 50's so the V8 was dropped, Kaiser-Fraser production was moved to Brazil where it thrived for years and the Willys division was sold to AMC. Reminds me, the Willys Aero was about the best looking of the 50's compact lines. These included the Henry J, Rambler, Metropolitan and Hudson Jet.

1941 Buick Special Sedan. Straight 8 engine, 3 on the column, starter button on column, running boards, split and flat windshield, real bumpers that stuck out 18" from both ends and had spring steel backing that allowed a bump to be absorbed without damage to the body, heavy and thick metal all around, good ground clearance, 16" tires and a unique rear differential sound that no other car had.
Did I mention that it was bulletproof and was on the road from '41 to '89. I learned how to drive on that Buick and it is still sitting up on blocks in a barn in upstate NY today. Maybe one of my grandkids might be interested in restoring it someday.
07 Speedmstr, Long Tors, bags, sissy bar and rack, windshield, engine bars, 2 ww lights, 2 fast eddy stickers and a .45 ACP.

I have found the Jenson GT on other websites listed as a beautiful car. I think it is horribly disporportioned, awkward looking and ugly.

If by tough you mean along the lines of "an almost intimidating bully look about them" (as you mention in the "Tough mean cars" thread) along the lines of Viper, Camaro, GTO etc., then with all due respect but perhaps you don't know the car very well. I would say it's an extremely smooth and classy car (not "loud" looking/behaving).
As for pretty or sexy, I guess that's in the eye of the beholder. I think so, but then again I am biased.

What?! Sorry Soren, but I think BMW did a pretty darn good job of updating their VERY nice looking older CS Coupes (like this one pictured below) when they made those later day 8-series models like Thanassis' car.

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Oh and BTW guys...yep, I WAS at a NYE party last night. A pretty good party too...as far as I can remember. Nah, I remember, alright. The 8 piece rock band was VERY good. Their covers of The Rolling Stones' "You Can't Always Get What Your Want" and "Gimme Shelter", and their Tom Petty covers of "Free Fallin'" and "Runnin' Down a Dream" were absolutely GREAT!!!...as far as I can remember. (OH, and BTW...yep, I AM thinkin' a 550 Spyder "might just" qualify as a darn pretty car, alright!

Absolutely nothing against Thanassis' Beamer at all. I just dont find it a sexy car. I see it as more of a modern European muscle car.

I have to be honest, the new BMW 8 series might well be an incredible machine, for me it does not come anywhere close to the looks of these two cars pictured here.

I don't know if that's how it's perceived in the US, but in Europe the 850 is considered slightly too elegant for an outright aggressive muscle car. That term is used moreso for the likes of Lamborghinis, Ferraris and (droooool) Buggatis etc.
I mean, it would never be advertised with angels surrounding it like this Lambo ...

Best looking Studebaker ever made is the one I have in my opinion, the 1955 Studebaker Champion. My friend had one of those Volvo sports cars, those are cool too. straight 6 in his with twin carbs. always wanted that car.
