Just finished a 3,000 mile round trip across the frosty & windy Northern Prairie.

So I'll stay close to the homefires tonight. Probably have a bottle of fermented grain products later & Ma Baensch's Pickled herring, "packaged fresh since 1932" on a saltine cracker to ensure a year of good fortune.

I forgot the herring one year, with predictably regrettable results
