FWIW, I just yesterday got my '09 America EFI back from it's 500 mi. service, and the dealer stated that no remap downloads had been issued by the factory for my newly fitted TORs. He asked about the engine performance and I told him straightaway that it was good, no flats or big pops, and he stated that I should run it just as is. Said it would not burn the valves or void the warranty in any way. I have no other engine mods and don't plan any; it sounds great and runs fine.
