Here are three shots that I hope will help you determine whether the National Cycle 2-Up screen will fit with a light bar. Also, I measured from the top of the fork brace below the screen (is that what it's called?) to the bottom of the screen. That distance was 3-7/8 inches. Hope this helps. Here are the pics:
