I love all those old Triumphs, but how about this chopper project they are sellling? It needs alot of work, but it would be pretty slick when it all finished!

Their shop isn't that far from here, so I might run over there sometime to see these bikes in person. The owner used to own RPM Cycles which sells the new Triumph line, but he sold it so he could focus on the classic stuff.

Paint that bike red and put over under small round headlights on it and a unit engine and you have my 66 chopper. I took the Invaders off it though, I had a guy that wanted to buy them but he never followed through so they now sit all boxed up out in my shed. I have 2 rears and 1 front, 5 spoke rears and 6 spoke front.

I told you back when I first saw that bike Dwight, I really like it. I like the mono-block carbs too but run mostly concentric since they are easier to find and get parts for.I am still toying with putting a set of old Amal carbs on my SM that I have left over from an 850 Commando I restored a few years ago. The carbs only have 6,000 miles on the and needed a good cleaning but they customer insisted on new so I got the old ones.
