well to be honest, i was all up for TORS after hearing yours and thinking they are gorgeous, i ran across the Tridents quite by accident.

but thinking about it i suspect i'm looking for exhausts with a deeper and louder sound (ideally the sameish kind of sound you get from TORS) but ideally something that i can ride into europe without worrying about the French (a mate got busted recently for overly loud pipes - which i didn't think were that overly loud).

Heading into Spain just after the new year and if that works out i'm hoping to do a few more trips across the water on the bike so it's something i'd like to stay on the safe side of (plus it means i can just get rid of my stock ones if the Tridents work out - thus lowering the overall cost.)

likelyhood is that i'll still go for the TORS unless i get a chance to listen to these Tridents and they really blow me away - i don't really want to lay down 300 squids unless i get a chance to hear it.

but yeah, definately under the thumb - especially as far as my finances are concerned (i have a habit of being silly with money)

(As a side, we might be doing a trip up to Buxton again between Xmas and Newyear if you're interested - and assuming i get her bike up and working)
