well....Im no help. I slow down on my riding when it gets to the mid to low 40s and pretty much stop when it gets below 40. Also not a fan of riding in the rain on purpose.
I would suggest probably spraying some anti-corrosive stuff on some of the nuts and bolts. Maybe WD40. Ive seen a few bikes that spend a lot of time outdoors and there are parts that will rust.
