I have had many dealings with Brent over the years and have never had any type of problem. Never met the man, but through emails, postings, and a telephone call, I believe he's an honest man who makes every effort to satisfy his customers. That has been my experience.
The few bad experiences posted on here come as a surprise to me based on that.
But being in the customer service business myself, I know that things can go fubar and slip through the cracks.
Send him an email and I believe he'll make it right.
