Can't say that I know Brent either, but I've bought a few things from him over the past 2 years (very few). My point was that I've had good results from him and so have most of the people on this board. However, that being said, if I'd been waiting as long as you have, I'd definitely follow up with him either by phone or email and expect a solid explanation.
There's always the possibility that your order got lost in the mix either from his end or the delivery service. Certainly not the good 'ol USPS (shameless plug for my employer)
You're clearly more patient than most and due an explanation. But, you won't get one unless you ask. Sitting on the sideline will only get you aggravated and without a solo rack. Unacceptable.
